Directions: Cooking Tips: 1 tablespoon Fareway corn starch equals 2 tablespoons flour. Use for thickening gravies, sauces, stews, and soups. If the recipe calls for flour, use half as much cornstarch to thicken. When thickening hot liquids, mix Fareway corn starch with a small amount of cold water until smooth, then stir into hot liquid. Stir constantly until liquid comes to boil. Continue cooking, stirring constantly, about one minute.
