This light and flaky batter is perfectly textured for seafood, vegetables and onion rings, delivering pub-style perfection, for a different spin on fried seafood. • Wheat-based • Makes fish perfectly light, flaky • Pub-style recipe • Great for onion rings Ingredients: Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Yellow Corn Flour, Corn Starch, Salt, Baking Powder (Corn Starch, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Sulfate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Monosodium Glutamate, Spices, Citric Acid, Dried Garlic, Paprika, Tri-Calcium Phosphate (to Prevent Caking). Directions: Cooking Instructions: 1. Combine seafood batter mix (entire package) and beer or club soda (1 cup) in a large bowl. 2. Dip fish into the batter mixture until completely coated. Shake off excess batter. 3. Heat oil to 350 degrees F. Slowly dip each piece in the hot oil and hold for 2-3 seconds before dropping into the deep fryer.
