Zatarain’s Liquid Shrimp & Crab Boil brings New Orleans-Style flavor to your kitchen. Use it for boiling seafood, or adding to a pot of boiling potatoes or corn for a kick. This concentrated liquid boil will deliver zesty flavor to seafood or your favorite potatoes or veggies for a boost of bold flavor. Simply add a capful of liquid to boiling water, and in no time you’ll enjoy the flavor and soul of The Big Easy. With our shrimp and crab boil, it’s always a party to remember! Ingredients: Water, Polysorbate 80, Spice Extractives (Including Extractives of Capsicum), Natural & Artificial Flavor, Caramel Color & Extractives of Paprika. Directions: Directions: Shake well before using. For a dozen crabs or 5 pounds of shrimp or crawfish. 1. In a large pot add 2.5 quarts of water and 5 tablespoons of salt. Bring to a rolling boil. 2. Add seafood and 1 tablespoon Zatarain’s Liquid Crab Boil. Return to a boil and then turn off heat (crabs need to boil for 2-5 minutes depending on size before turning off heat.) Allow seafood to soak: Shrimp 2-5 minutes; Crawfish 30 minutes; Crabs 30 minutes.3. Drain carefully and serve. Warnings: Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing. Contains hot pepper extract, avoid contact with eyes.
