Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Cheese Sauce (for vegetable, rice, macaroni and egg dishes): Add 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard and stir 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or process American cheese into hot sauce until melted.
