Family-owned since 1945, Johnsonville began when Ralph F. and Alice Stayer opened a small butcher shop in Johnsonville, Wisconsin. Their philosophy was simple; take premium cuts of meat with quality spices to make great-tasting sausages. Today, Johnsonville is made with the same philosophy still in Johnsonville, Wisconsin. Ingredients: Pork, Pasteurized Process Cheddar Cheese ([cheddar Cheese {pasteurized Milk, Cheese Culture, Salt, Enzymes}, Water, Milkfat, Sodium Phosphate, Salt, Fruit and Vegetable Juice Color, Paprika Extract Color, Sorbic Acid], Potato Starch and Powdered Cellulose, Natamycin), Water, Corn Syrup, and Less than 2% of the Following: Salt, Bacon Flavor (Torula Yeast, Salt, Natural Flavor, Natural Hickory Smoke Flavor, Maltodextrin, Beef Extract, Bacon [Cured with Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrite]), Natural Flavors, BHA, Citric Acid, Propyl Gallate. Directions: Grilling: Cook product from frozen. Preheat grill to medium-low. Add patties. Cook, covered, for 15-17 minutes until patties are browned and the internal temperature is 160°F, turning patties occasionally. Stovetop Pan Fry: Cook product from frozen. Heat a nonstick skillet to medium-low. Add patties. Cook until browned, about 6 minutes, turning patties once. Carefully add ½ cup water to skillet. Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes until the internal temperature is 160°F. Broil: Cook product from frozen. Place oven rack in center position and preheat oven to broil. Place patties on a foil-lined baking pan coated with cooking spray. Broil for 13-16 minutes until the internal temperature is 160°F, turning patties occasionally. Warnings: Contains milk and soy.
